Returns

Returns work as follows.  4 day returns policy upon the arrival of the order with the customer on items purchased via our website only. From the arrival of your order, you have 4 days to return it back to us for a full refund if you are not satisfied. 

When returning we strongly advise using first class or special delivery to ensure tracked and secure delivery back to us. When the item arrives back to us, we will issue an entire refund.

However, we will not accept returns or issue ANY kind of refund if the item is damaged, tags are detached or if the item has been used, we also are no longer accepting returns on swimwear or caps for hygiene reasons.

Furthermore, we aim to refund in full to the original payment source within 48 hours of the product/goods arrival back to us.
